This program was not designed to teach the TOC Thinking Processes.

It was designed to help leaders develop practical habits of thinking.

Each session begins with a real management situation. Participants are encouraged to discover a leadership principle before any Thinking Process is introduced. Only after participants experience the need for a better way of thinking is the corresponding Thinking Process presented.
